Jobs, customers, staff, photos, notes, sign-offs. Captured once, in the order your business actually does the work. Your terms, your structure, not a template's idea of how you should run.
There are parts of
your business that no
off the shelf software
was ever built for
The system that started as a spreadsheet.
The process that nobody documented. 96 builds
the software that should have existed all along.
Three ways 96 pulls your
business together.
One system,
your way.
Built for you,
not for everyone
We learn how your business actually runs, then build 96 around it. The words your team uses. The way work moves through your operation. Yours, not a template.
Yours
to keep
When the build is done, the system belongs to you. Not licensed, not rented. No per-seat fees and no lock-in. You can host it with us or move it to your servers. We are happy to keep supporting it for as long as that works for you, but the choice is always yours.
The stuff that quietly costs you
time, money & sleep.
96 is different
for every business.
That's the point.
We don't sell a fixed product with a fixed list of features. Every 96 build is shaped around how your business actually runs, using the words your team already uses and matching the workflow you already have.
96 is not a faster off-the-shelf app. It is a system built for your process, in your words, doing exactly the steps your business runs and stopping there.
What a typical 96
actually looks like.
Every 96 build is different. This is a sample.
Yours will use your words, your workflow, your data.
96 stands on its own.
But it can talk to what you already pay for.
96 is a complete system in itself, not a layer on top of other tools. If your business uses Xero, a CRM, or anything else, 96 can connect where it makes sense. The integration is a small part of the build, not the point of it.
Pick the one that
sounds like you.
If one of these sounds like the bit of your business that nothing off-the-shelf has ever fixed, we can probably build 96 around it.
"My team is drowning in spreadsheets and group chats."
Your business has a process that no off-the-shelf software was ever built for. Right now it runs on a few spreadsheets, a group chat that nobody can search, and the things one person remembers.
"My field workers are losing paper dockets."
Construction, electrical, plumbing, plant hire, landscaping, facilities. Staff on site are filling in dockets the office cannot read until Friday, and half of them are missing by Monday.
"My production schedule lives in someone's head."
Manufacturing, distribution, agriculture and food. Production runs, stock, suppliers, customer orders and batch tracking. The boring operational details that make the business run, built around how your specific operation works, not how generic ERP software thinks it should.
"I bill for time but I cannot see where it goes."
Professional services, consultancy, engineering, legal, design. Time tracking, project records, client communications, deliverables, billing. The off-the-shelf tools handle generic timesheets. They do not handle the specific way your firm bills, the specific deliverables you produce, or the specific way matters move through your operation.
"My bookings, suppliers and rotas need to fit my operation, not someone else's chain."
Hospitality, accommodation, events, venues, healthcare clinics, education. Bookings, guests, suppliers, staff scheduling, inventory. Built around the seasonal patterns of an Irish operation, not designed for a global chain that does not understand a quiet Tuesday in February.
"My situation is a bit different to all of those."
If you have an operational problem you cannot solve with off-the-shelf software, we will tell you straight whether 96 is the right answer. 96 is software built for one business at a time. Yours. Every task, every job, and every record is handled the way your business actually works, not the way someone else's software thinks it should. Reports the way you want to read them. Workflows the way you already run them.
From a conversation
to live in weeks, not months.
Start with a
conversation
A 30-minute call to understand how your business runs. We listen for the bottlenecks, the workarounds, the things you should be measuring but aren't. By the end of the call, you will know whether 96 is the right answer for you. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight.
We
scope it
A specific feature list, a fixed price, and a clear timeline. No open-ended hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise invoices at the end. If you sign off, the price you agree is the price you pay.
We
build it
We build in weekly increments and show you each one as it lands. You see the system taking shape while the changes are still easy and the cost still fixed. No three-month silence followed by a big reveal that misses the mark.
We
go live
Your team trained, your data migrated, and the system was tested in real conditions. 96 takes over from whatever you used to run on, and we stay close in the first weeks while everyone settles in.
What it costs,
plainly laid out.
6 to 8 weeks
From first conversation to live system. We build in weekly increments and show you each one as it lands, so the system takes shape in front of you instead of disappearing into a six-month silence. The first month tends to teach us things the brief missed, which is why we stay close after go-live.
€8,000
Fixed scope, fixed price. 25% on kick-off, 75% on completion. Larger builds are scoped accordingly and always fixed up front.
€100
Host it with us, and it sits on our infrastructure, backed up daily, monitored around the clock, and supported by the team that built it. Host it elsewhere and we will hand it over clean, with documentation, and stay available for the work you want us to do.
A look at what
96 actually does.
Every 96 build is different.
These are some examples of the kinds of problems we solve.
Job Tracker
Still running the business today, 48,876 jobs later.
Proof that what we build lasts. If we trust it with ours, you can trust us with yours.
Splash grew faster than any off-the-shelf system could keep up with. Web jobs were executed on different timelines compared to print jobs. Wide format had its own production logic. Exhibitions came with setup logistics that had nothing to do with signage, and signage had nothing to do with the rest. So we kept building, year after year, and the software absorbed it all. It handles every job type we run.
It writes the quotes, places the orders with our suppliers, schedules the staff onto the work, and feeds sales leads to the people who close them. It talks to our accounts system for billing and to our domain system for invoicing.
Job Tracker is still the spine of how Splash runs, and every day it proves that bespoke software, built once and built right, does not stop earning its keep.
Web Tracker
One system for every domain, every renewal, every invoice, and every direct debit.
Before 2005, recurring revenue at Splash lived in a mess of spreadsheets, calendar reminders and wishful thinking.
Domains expired. Renewals were missed. Invoices went out late or not at all. So we built one system to hold everything: every domain, hosting package, email service, and SEO contract across Splash, PracticeNet, and BookingNet, all billed through one spine.
Invoices generate 60 days before they fall due, so clients see what's coming. Direct debits run in the background. Renewal history sits behind every record. Live revenue reports break down by division, by brand, and by service. €3.2M has been billed through it since launch.
Mare Tracking
One mobile system for every mare, every client, every visit.
A breeding yard does not have time for a desktop system. Records get made standing in front of the mare, with one hand free, often outside, often cold. So we built a tool that works the way the work actually happens. Every client sits in the system, every mare belongs to a client, every visit attaches to the mare it belongs to, visit dates, U/O and L/O and R/O readings, medications, inseminations, comments, full history.
Adding a new horse takes seconds. Recording a visit takes less. Searching for any record across the operation pulls it up in a tap. The whole thing lives behind a login on a phone, optimised for the angle a thumb actually reaches, so the people doing the work can do it without going back to a screen and a keyboard. Bespoke software earns its keep when it disappears into the routine. This one has.
Procurement Tracker
One online form that prints out exactly like the paper one already in use.
A regional further education provider came to us with a problem most agencies would not know how to answer. Their Request to Purchase form was already in circulation across the organisation. Line managers signed it. Central procurement filed it. The whole approval chain ran on paper, and it worked.
They did not need a new system. They needed the front end of the existing one to be digital, and the back end to come out looking exactly the same. So we built a form that fills in online, drawing from controlled dropdown lists that the client maintains themselves as codes shift through the year. Cost centre, school or centre, expense code, supplier details.
A unique reference number gets stamped into the right field automatically. The completed form downloads as a Word document that matches the printed original line for line. Print it, sign it, hand it on. Digital where it earns its keep. Paper where the organisation needs it to stay paper. Bespoke software is sometimes about meeting a system where it already lives, not about replacing it.
Saves time. Saves money.
Staff actually use it.
Hours a week back in the business.
Your team stops working around the spreadsheet, re-typing the same information into different places, and asking the one person who knows. The system holds the work. Most teams get back half an hour per person per day, every day.
Most 96 builds earn their cost back in months.
Cut the time spent chasing paperwork, chasing updates, re-entering the same information. A typical 96 build pays back its cost within the first few months of going live.
Built in the words your team already uses.
Two taps to log a job from site. No training manual. No arguing with the software. It uses the words you use, matches how your team already works, and gets out of the way.
Is 96 the right answer for your business?
Software that does your steps. Nothing else. No features you did not ask for. No configuring around features you do not need.
If 96 saved each person half an hour a day, what would that add up to?
Three sliders. Ten seconds. Most people are surprised by how quickly the numbers stack up once you see them laid out plainly.
A typical 96 build
looks something like this.
You've got a team of eight to fifteen people. Office staff, people on the road, and people on site. Right now, the work is held together by spreadsheets, group chats, and the people who remember how it all fits. Here's what that looks like and what it looks like after.
Right Now
A docket book on the van dashboard
A WhatsApp group nobody can search
Two spreadsheets that disagree with each other
The office manager's memory, holding it all together
With 96
A mobile system your team uses on site. Log jobs, tick off tasks, take photos, grab a signature.
A live dashboard the office sees in real time. What's on today, what's running late, what's ready to invoice.
A customer record that holds every job, every quote, every note, every photo.
A few reports that replace the three days a month you used to spend pulling numbers together.
Separate log-ins for sales, admin and management, so people see what they need and nothing they shouldn't.
6 to 8 weeks
From first conversation to the Monday you go live. Training included.
30 days
Of tweaks and adjustments, because the first month always teaches you something the brief missed.
€8,000
Yours won't look exactly like this. It'll look like your business.
What people ask
before they sign.
You probably know the spreadsheets are no longer enough.
You probably do not know exactly what the right replacement looks like. That is what the conversation is for. 30 minutes on a video or telephone call with Stephen, no pitch. We talk through what your business actually does, where the work is happening that no software was ever built for, and whether 96 is the right answer for you.
